Paul Davis West GTA was a 10 out of 10 every step of the way when we had a plumbing leak that resulted in water running into the ceiling and walls of a downstairs bathroom. Every person we dealt with was courteous, on time, and competent - they cared. Ray the Project Manager kept us informed of the next steps in the process and checked in regularly on how it was going from our perspective. There was more to be done then we would have imagined - from drying and mold mitigation through to the repairs and then the finishing work to restore things.
